West Suburban Creative Arts Council
WSCAC is a non-profit organization that promotes the arts and sciences in both public and private schools of Massachusetts.
Needham Education Foundation
The Needham Education Foundation is an independent
community-based organization that raises funds for the enrichment
of public school children in Needham, Mass. They fund grants that
promote innovation and excellence from pre-kindergarten through
high school.
Needham Cultural Council
The Needham Cultural Council provides funding
for a variety of programs in the Arts, Humanities and Interpretive
Sciences.
Needham Commission
on Disabilities
The Needham Commission On Disabilities (NCOD)
consists of up to nine volunteer members appointed by the Board
of Selectmen to address the needs and concerns of residents with
disabilities in the community. By law, the majority of those appointed
to the commission must be persons with a disability and they are
chosen to represent as wide a range of disabilities as possible.
One of the appointees shall be a member of the immediate family
of a person with a disability and one member must be an elected
or appointed municipal official. Members normally serve for three
year terms.
Massachusetts Cultural Council
The Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC) is
a state agency that promotes excellence, access, education and diversity
in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences to improve the
quality of life for all Massachusetts residents and contribute to
the economic vitality of our communities.
